التزامنا
نصمم البرنامج ليعمل بكفاءة مع NVDA ولوحة المفاتيح، ونراجع ترتيب التركيز وأسماء العناصر والإشعارات مع مستخدمين مكفوفين. كما صُمم هذا الموقع ليطابق إرشادات WCAG 2.2 بالمستوى AA قدر الإمكان.
الوصول في الموقع
- بنية عناوين ومعالم دلالية واضحة.
- رابط لتخطي الترويسة والوصول إلى المحتوى الرئيسي.
- تشغيل كامل بلوحة المفاتيح ومؤشر تركيز مرتفع الوضوح.
- ألوان عالية التباين ووضع داكن يحفظ اختيار المستخدم.
- لغة عربية افتراضية واتجاه صحيح، مع نسخة إنجليزية كاملة.
- دعم تكبير النص وإعداد تقليل الحركة والتباين القسري في Windows.
الوصول في البرنامج
- قوائم ومربعات اختيار وأزرار أصلية متوافقة مع قارئات الشاشة.
- مستعرض رسائل سهل ومستعرض HTML للاختيار بين بساطة النص وبنية الرسالة.
- حفظ موضع التركيز أثناء المزامنة وتبديل الحسابات كلما أمكن.
- إشعارات مختصرة لحالة التحديد المتعدد وعدد الرسائل المحددة.
- أوامر لوحة مفاتيح للانتقال بين قائمة الرسائل والمستعرض والعناصر.
الإبلاغ عن عائق
إذا تعذر الوصول إلى عنصر أو نطقه بصورة صحيحة، أرسل اسم قارئ الشاشة وإصداره، وإصدار Windows والبرنامج، والخطوات التي أدت إلى المشكلة إلى support@soljan-alsharq.com.
Our commitment
We design the app to work efficiently with NVDA and the keyboard, and review focus order, control names, and notifications with blind users. This website is also designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA as far as practical.

- Clear heading structure and semantic landmarks.
- A skip link that moves directly to the main content.
- Full keyboard operation and a high-visibility focus indicator.
- High-contrast colors and a dark theme that remembers the user's choice.
- Complete Arabic and English content with the correct text direction.
- Support for text zoom, reduced motion, and Windows forced-colors mode.
Application accessibility
- Native lists, checkboxes, and buttons compatible with screen readers.
- An easy message viewer and an HTML viewer for choosing between simple text and message structure.
- Focus preservation during synchronization and account changes whenever possible.
- Concise announcements for multiple-selection state and selected-message count.
- Keyboard commands for moving among the message list, viewer, and message elements.
